Champions’ Club

Greene Builders and Samuelsen Builders are the two developers in Marabella, a quiet village with 36 spacious homesites, 22 along the fairways and 14 interior lots. All floor plans will have at least 2700 sq. ft. air-conditioned living space.
All golf-frontage homesites receive a free first-year membership to Fox Hollow Golf Club. The exclusive Champions’ Club will offer full social and physical amenities when completed.
CIELO
This gated neighborhood borders Hole 14 fairway on the Fox Hollow Golf Course, with immediate golf cart access to Hole 15.
M/I Homes is the sole developer in Cielo, a private village with 34 homesites, 14 of them along Hole 14 fairway. This neighborhood will also have homes with a minimum of 2700 sq. ft. air-conditioned living space.

FLORESTA
A luxury custom home village that parallels two fairways on the Fox Hollow Golf Course – Holes 10 and 11.
Three builders have been designated to develop this distinctive neighborhood – Bayfair Homes, Costanza Homes, and MP Campagna Homes. Floresta features 55 extra-wide homesites, with 22 course-side lots providing quiet vistas of the dramatic fairways – the largest of the four developing neighborhoods in the Champions’ Club community.

SALANO
This private village borders the greens of Hole 13 and the entire fairway of Hole 14. It also features pristine woodland preserves.
Arthur Rutenberg Homes and Nohl Crest Homes are the two developers in Salano, a gated neighborhood with 47 spacious homesites, including 19 course-side lots. All floor plans will have at least 2700 sq. ft. air-conditioned living space, and like each of the neighborhoods, all have underground utilities to preserve the beautiful setting.
