Coupon 1) By requesting a Cash Reward
Coupon or otherwise registering on this web site,

for whom you registered, to contact you or your immediate
family, using methods that include, but are not limited
to, Telephone, Fax, Email, and U.S. Mail. Such contact
will be made using the information that you provide
us during registration.
2) The tBay New Homes Cash Reward Coupon must be presented
on your first visit to the Builder's sales office
in order for you to receive a Cash Reward rebate from
tBay New Homes. The Cash Reward Coupon demonstrates
to the Builder that you learned about their homes
from tBay New Homes and are therefore eligible to
earn a Cash Reward rebate from tBay New Homes.
3) This offer is not valid if a potential buyer is
accompanied by a third-party real estate agent during
registration or contracting, or if a potential buyer
has previously registered with a third-party real
estate agent at the Community or with a Builder's
representative at the Builder's sales office.
4) The Builder representative must sign and date your
Cash Reward Coupon.
5) Your tBay New Homes Cash Reward rebate will equal
one percent of the base price of your home.
